Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

oopsy lol @Appleblossom
i remember going to the beach once to ride our horses there. We use to get on by the horse floats and then ride through the paddock across to the beach. I went to get on and wasnt thinking to much about it but ended up putting to much effort in and going straight over the other side landing with an almighty 'thud' flat on my back looking up into my horses nose. My horse didnt even move, she just stared at me as if to say 'what the hell are you doing?' it was funny to see everyone looking over their horses to see what happened. 'just checking out the view from this angle' is the only way i could think to respond 🤭😂 and thats only one fall

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Ha ha @outlander At least you had an answer. It was the same with me. I was mortified and scrambled back up as quick as I could.

There was an extended family gathering and kids around I was very embarrassed. The next time I was happy to let kids go riding without me.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Haha @Appleblossom  at least we provided entertainment  😉 😉

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

@outlander I am glad to have "met" you and @Sans911

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Good morning @outlander @Snowie @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope @Shaz51 @Former-Member @Appleblossom @MDT @Teej @CheerBear

It's nice to know you too @Appleblossom.

@outlander - I'm actually glad you are falling asleep. Go those tablets. But I think we've swapped sleeping patterns as I'm not falling asleep until after midnight. I'm not sure I'd even let you help me onto a 🐴 although I'm sure you'd make me feel OK about it. I hope your day isn't too hectic.

@Snowie - must be so nice to wake up in your own bed and not have to adhere to the hospital regimes of meal times etc. It's so nice to have you back here.

@Faith-and-Hope - I'm hoping your holiday is restorative and beneficial.

@Zoe7- hoping that you're not in too much pain and having a restful weekend.

And to everyone else...hoping your weekend isn't too bleak, and that there are some light moments with love and maybe even a little laughter and joy.
