Evening @outlander @Snowie @Shaz51 @Former-Member

I'm home from a busy day but I'm not too tired.I had a volunteer host meet this morning which is more social then business. And after I went to my volunteer shift at the op shop. It wasn't a busy afternoon & I had two other volunteers so I even had time to train one of them in how to price items. There's a bit of a method to it.

Now relaxing at home on the bed with the kitty cats. I'm about to see what's n Netflix.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Sounds like it was a busy day @Sans911

Am just watching a movie with the kids. There pick!!

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

What movie are you watching @Snowie?

How are you feeling tonight? (if you are OK answering that)

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

We are watching Deadpool 2 @Sans911 . They watched Deadpool last week. Not my kind of movie but the kids find it funny.

I am going ok tonight. I have had to take a few prn to get through the day but I guess that is expected. Hoping to take the kids out somewhere tomorrow. It will probably do me good to get out of the house.

How are you going sis? Did you pick something to watch?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I'm watching a new series called Trinkets. It's an American show about three teenage girls who have a connection in shoplifting. It's not brilliant but bearable.

I guess it'll take a little while to feel settled back at home and with your normal routines.

When I was in hospital for a month it was quite strange initially to be home.
