Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB hey tabby, hope your foot gets better. May be you will feel better re heart in a while.

Re: Tabaluga's

@PeppyPatti When I had my car was parked outside psych rehab once which was near high rise public housing and my tire got slashed. I watched a RACV video on how to service your car including changing tires before that and was lucky on how to use a car jack and use a spare tyre in my boot. But I do think there is lots of antipathy between the haves an have nots. I live in a poor suburb and there is organised militia that get the rich to pay their dues. They are gangs that go into wealthier suburbs and do break-ins. Its getting much worse now.

Re: Tabaluga's

I feel okay. Cardio wants to change meds then repeat procedure. I got upset w them , said dont you think its because of weight , not drinking and cpap. They wouldnt have it

so either I

  • lose weight
  • stop drinking
  • use cpap again
  • or all 3

just to get them off my case,of just say I have, only cant fake we ig ht l o s  s

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB hey tabby, hope it all work out. Take it easy. Just do what you can.

Re: Tabaluga's

Hello @TAB I know you feel stuck and are getting demoralising advice from your doctor. I have been in the same position so I know how that feels ❤️

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB was told by my GP I was going to wind up with a stroke and be a vegetable. Same thing by locum in the dark of night who said I was going to die soon if I did not get BP down and left! All they had was more pills. My GP was telling me to exercise but did not recognise chronic fatigue. My diabetes educator had very little to offer and i sensed most of her patients were still sick. Had to go elsewhere to heal myself. You may have to look further afield like I did. Nothing coming from doctors. My BP is now normal, my blood sugars are normal and I can endure exercise on a regular basis, weight is down and still improving. Doctors did nothing for me.

Re: Tabaluga's

h a ha bit of a win, mechanic said getting genuine door lock for $400, I agreed but thought it was a waste. he texted days later to confirm, so there was still one avail for $313 minus $20 voucher code ha so saved $108 and it makes a bit more sense now, lol @StuF @Meowmy

gum bit achey after dentist. nothing like before though. both fillings were right on gum line classic bad brushing , had even gone black, was embarrasing.

Re: Tabaluga's

im going to have to fix things myself as said ages ago @SmilingGecko  I will do the procedure one more time and thats it, will just not go to appts or whatever, sick of them

I guess can try cpap again but will give it 4 weeks no more. will just walk and go to gym and try to modify what I eat, plus less salt and more water.
