Re: Good Morning!

Hi @Former-Member ,

I hope the class goes well for you.

It can be expensive to start things off, but, hopefully it will all work out in the long run.  Try not to stress about it too much, its a necessary expense at the moment.

Re: Good Morning!

@Gazza75 hey hey Gazza, hope you get through the day okay and have some good bits. Enjoy

I am on morning tea break - even though it's arvo.

Re: Good Morning!

Morning all

@Molliex I understand how you feel, I can't get into my psychiatrist until 30th October which I'm struggling with trying to keep myself safe and busy with my crocheting and recorded shows, I don't think my meds are working like they should be anymore as I'm always feeling down and anxious.  I haven't heard anything about my psychologist appointment yet which is making it hard as there's so much stuff in my head which I need help with.

@eudemonism I am 56 and was diagnosed in 1993 and I felt  like you, when I was first told about my MH, I thought it would get better as I got older but it was the opposite  and a lot of the time I get SI as well @Angels333  and that's hard to get through. With the right meds, seeing a psychologist and psychiatrist and GP can help us manage, just takeone minute at a time and try not worry about tomorrow , I know easier said than done. You can also talk to us on here, when I get my SI I use the chat lines on here, beyondblue are just some of them

Took your advice & bought the portable pa & just moved on.

I need it & thats it. Hopefully its all. I just have to pay off my course each fortnight now so ill just b poor til xmas.

Thats ok

Got another 2 women hopefully joining my wed evening class. Gym r useless they just take peoples $ & dont even tell people about my class. Its just lucky this lady happened to b in room & watched me. She was clearly drawn to me & will join in next wk.

All the people with injuries join my class cause i have scholiosis & spent 8yrs fixing it so i know what its like to be in pain.

Ill enjoy the last few days of holidays before i knuckle down to study aqua.

Where was the link to continue talking about bpd? I didnt know so many on here had it.no wonder i clicked with people lol
