Re: Self care- walking and cycling
@Kitten I used to wonder if the amount of cleaning my darling (aka my wife) does was necessary until she went away for a couple of weeks. I can't believe how much mess and dirt little people can produce when they spend most of their day at school lol. I appreciated her efforts before she went away but I definitely appreciate it more now.
I also realised how much more efficient she was than me at keeping on top of it. Cleaning is not one of my strong points. While I would still like to see her take it a bit easier I now better understand why she likes to keep on top of it.

Re: Self care- walking and cycling
Another exercise fail today, I managed 2400 steps but that was hardly strenuous.
Time spent with S2 was time well spent though.
Judging by my inbox work is looking like being busy tomorrow so that should get my step count up. I am trying to remember to take the stairs instead of the lift, that makes a difference when I have to do it a few times.

Re: Self care- walking and cycling
3200 steps today, no specific or intentional exercise, most of that was at work. There was a few ups and downs of stairs so that is better than nothing.

Yes, me too @Former-Member
Instant, dramatic, & spectacular...
Unfortunately, life doesn't seem to be like that (most of the time).

Re: Self care- walking and cycling
800 steps better than the 26th
300 better than the 27th
Making progress towards your goal one step at a time.
