tonight I am paying for working today @Former-Member 

ankle is a bit better , but i have to be careful where and how to pu my foot

my whole leg is sore tonight

also my kidney area is aching , they only gave me ab`s for 5 days

our S2 introduced mr shaz to a game on the computer , so we have been playing against each other ( mr shaz said he never thought he would ever do that )

Had appts today @Shaz51  Mr D saw pdoc - jury is out on that one and secret women's business for me.

I guess you know already that working on your sprained ankle was contraindicated - I have had sprained ankles myself - they do tend to boss us around for the duration - I hope this recovers quickly

Strange you only had antibiotics for 5 days - they usually prescribe enough for 10 - eg - going back for a second packet - I think it must be really uncomfortable with a sore leg and pain in the stomach - I really hate it with stomach pain - for some reason it seems more uncomfortable that my chronic back pain - something different I guess

It's great that you and Mr Shaz are playing a computer game together. What game are you playing - I play different games until I have had enough of whatever it was or the computer tells me I have to buy it - I won't - and I play by myself.

The moment I am playing Diamond Diary Saga and sometimes Cooking Fever - but I get frustrated with that one

I also have Scoliosis of the lower back now

yes with my Ab`s , going back for a second lot -- today had a different doctor and he said I should of had them for 10 days

no work today , raining and resting ankle this weekend
