Food, rest, exercise are definitely big factors @Shaz51 .
I'm sorry things don't feel too well.
This morning, I was out and was feeling terrible, so I rushed home, had a rest and now I feel somewhat better.
At first, I thought it was the dreaded COVID, but I'm negative.
Have something to eat if you can @Shaz51 (i shouldn't be talking because I haven't eaten either!)
