@outlander  hear you about not being up to eating. The  friend I was with has this thing where she thinks that she must feed me and tells me off if I don't! Today was crackers, chilli philly, salami, cheese, cocktail onions and gherkins. Just got home and is nearly 6 here, but not needing any more food.

Hi all. I've had a super emotional day, booked flights home to see my Nan. I hope I make it before too late. Found out my passport has expired, so have to pay for urgent one. Ugh. 

As a treat this afternoon we saw Ad Astra at the movies, I really loved it. Now just relaxing with a drink and watching TV.

@TAB  I went on a real game show. in 94, Wheel of Fortune. Was champ, glad it was not too much later because 4 months after my best friend since kindy was killed in a crash so she even got to see it. That is one of the few things I can remember ever being proud of that I have been able to do. Even though I did get a hard time from "family" at the time

im abit like that @cutiepiekitty my anxiety perks up if I know others haven't eaten.
I haven't had much of an appetite for a while and since being back on these medications and still increasing the dose its gone down a lot more. just don't really feel all that good for some reason or another.

thanks @eth I don't have a whole heap on tomorrow. im planning on going to kmart, siblings and mum went tonight but gave me a 20 minute warning when I just started dinner so missed out going with them. that's ok though I can go on my own tomorrow and just get a few things I need. I really hope for some sleep that's not nightmare filled.
