Unfortunately for my housemate and I, I have to deliver you some bad news on the VCAT hearing. It didn’t go our way and we have 30 days as of yesterday to find a new property due to the feral agent lying her way in court in regards to money and dates of the money paid and the vcat member believed her despite my housemates lawyer sticking up for my housemate. The real estate agent even accused me in court which I wasn’t allowed in since I’m not on the lease of being my identical twin and wanted me in court as she saw me outside the court room. This is how pathetic she is yet I thought that would happen- my gp even predicted this on Tuesday when I saw him! Anyway, we’re not happy but my housemate has a sister in law and some strong legal and media connections and has got something planned to take the real estate agent on for her behaviour as well as all other parties the agent involved in her lies and deception episodes such as other agents and organisations/people so this agent will not get away with her nasty behaviour. My housemate and I are strong people and we can and will get through this - we just have to keep focussed and keep on believing that things will turn out right and that things will eventually come back and haunt this agent for her bad behaviour. Cheats and liars never win and I have to keep strong and believe this.
