has your back recovered from last week? try not to end up in a box.. ha har .. @StuF  Good Morning. Windys as here. got up, no sign of Mr Cat., def lives more than one life ..

went to loo, heated last of soup, threw last of soup mix(soaked overnight) for birds, did tops and tails, drink coffee and back to bed thinking how good is this to be warm and safe and not in the clutches of DAS.. @Meowmy

had continuous nightmare over last 4 hour sleep @Meowmy  I was overseas, had lost my clothes and money and couldnt find room I was staying in

Had a good nights sleep @TAB woke up and did my normal routine then greeted the sunrise outside this chilly morning. Have to do housework today and get things in greater order in the kitchen. A non-eventful day.  Crystals are soaking outside in salt water in readiness for the full moon on Sunday. 

Hello @StuF hope today goes well again at the warehouse. Try and keep warm! Its good you are doing volunteering again, it will get you out of the house as it can be a bit of a trap stuck at home. It gets you out and about and socialising again. See you on the forums this afternoon!
