Nice pics! They’re beautiful variegated leaves… one of my fav plants is zebrina Alocasia with the stripy leaf stems - I don’t have pics as the ones I have are still tiny and it’s hard to see their stripes 🙂 if I can, I’ll take some pics and post here. 
Otherwise, as slow start here, having some health problems today (feel a bit sick after drenching night sweats from my bone marrow problem). 
it’ll be ok - I’ll have a bit more sleep now and see if it improves 🙌🏻🙂

I felt sick in the stomach during the night.

4 trips to the toilet 

cramps in the legs  

husband up at 4am making a coffee , so I have been awake since then

Yes too hot here for roses too , I am in far north Queensland 

Good question,  @Adge do the roses have a smell 🤔

sorry to hear you feel sick during the night and up often to go bathroom 😔

I’ve been avoiding food some hours before bed to stop that sick/nausea feeling when laying down - it helps a bit, but not significantly. Do you have any tips you feel comfortable to share? 🙂

Frequent trips to toilet .. even with restricting fluids I am up usually 3x nightly now it’s turned into 3B CKD, however if I try to limit fluids, I feel much worse the next day. 
not much luck here, I wish I had more helpful stuff to offer 🌺🤗

Although I have found that wearing TED stockings overnight has helped the cramping and slightly improves the pain aspect of neuropathy (as well as supplementing high doses of magnesium and potassium due to loss from kidney failure).
