Re: Taking the plunge
I have another one of those headaches that is making me feel sick so it's hard to look at the screen 😏Hopefully medication will ease it soon.
@Faith-and-Hope thank you lots for your sharing and your kindness yesterday. I thought a lot about your posts yesterday. When I find my words more I'll reply but for now I just wanted to send you some love for all you're going through.
@Maggie how are you doing this morning? Do you have counsellor today and if so, how are you feeling about seeing her?
Yesterday was a really good day here thanks. Productive, interesting, crew were amazing. Big made dinner and we all (includinf Sib and Mr Person) sat in their 'restaurant' being fancy which was fun and funny.
I have psych today and Middle is seeing our GP then we're heading away for the weekend so another busy-ish one here.
How's the day looking for you all?

Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear Laet night at the ‘restaurant ‘ sounds amazing, as does the day. So good to hear that.
Sorry about the headache. Not sure if you’re mentioned seeing your GP about them. I hope meds relieves the pain.💞💞
You have a busy day again, Hope psych goes well, and GP for Middle.
I think the floating puzzle piece is starting to fit into place @CheerBear Yesterday, some of my internals looked at , and bought 2 teddies. Sounds silly, but it’s a big step forward. One is Peter rabbit, who many love, the other looks like he’s been through many struggles. I got a message to say they have already been posted. So, it’s a bit better for now.

Re: Taking the plunge
Thanks for the pot of tea @Maggie . Yes, you remember correctly, today I have an opthlamologist appointment to keep track of my deteriorating eyesight. 9am appointment, but typically wait for an hour or more at this place. Its a process!
Appt for hubby yesterday with his neurologist was 'interesting'. Seems his bout of severe encephalitis (2 years ago now, plus another milder recurrence last year) has ongoing lasting effects. Much of it permanent brain changes and damage. He did some tests, on his memory and thinking. Thinking was fine, but memory totally shot. And it confirms to me just how bad he is at retaining any information at all. He needs to see another specialist (yeah another one) and has been referred to them via this neurologist. It also seems that his encephalitis has had an effect on how medications (including MH ones) are processed in his brain. Many medications have different or stronger side effects than would normally be the case.
Okay, I need to get hubby up and breakfasted before I head off for my appointment. He has his psychiatrist calling while I'm away too. Unfortunate I wont be here, but he should be okay. I will try to catch up once I get home.
@CheerBear ... so sorry to hear about the bad headache to start your day again. Hope it eases off soon. Your dinner party last night, compliments of Big, sounds delightful and lots of fun.
@Maggie ... hope your counsellor session goes well. Good to hear about your bears. Looking forward to an update.
Sherry 💕
