Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Hi again @Dimity , I have some good news - a friend suggested a new brand (new to me) of "gentle soap-free wash for extra dry, itchy and sensitive skin". So I've just ordered some, plus the equivalent in a bar, plus the equivalent in a hand cream. They are vegan and cruelty-free thankfully.

I don't use much hand cream, but it struck me that that might be a factor in my itchiness.

I'm excited to try them, and wanted to tell you. If they work, it could affect my S.A.D. positively as I'd be able to use the therapy lamp for twice as long.

Thank you for listening 🙂

Lovely to hear from you @NatureLover , I'll reply properly later

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Hello @NatureLover

Well done on

  • Marmalade pudding
  • 6 hrs tidying (fantastic!)
  • Catching up on sleep although it's been inconvenient
  • Getting to work
  • New soapless cleanser and hand cream
  • Hoping and planning for more time with the lightbox

Those are big achievements after being in a slump.

Hope you're enjoying the sunshine although it's chilly.

Onwards and upwards!

Aww, thank you for your 2 lovely posts @Dimity ❤️

Yes, the sunshine's nice, although this winter I can't seem to get warm.

Haven't decided yet what to tackle today. I need to go out to the chemist for my monthly meds but might put it off till tomorrow.

Good luck with whatever you have on your To Do list today...

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Coldest morning for 40 years @NatureLover . Hope you warmed up.

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Oh gosh, was it?!

I knew this winter was extra cold!!

Woke up late again this morning and missed my SANE slot.

Off to check your news @Dimity

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Hoping you have a good day @NatureLover whether errands tidying or something else.

I was up early for a plumber. Nice to hear the birds.

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

A plumber!! On top of everything else! Oh no @Dimity

It's funny, I was online in the evening last night and you're now online in the morning...we'll get ourselves confused, hehe!

I have so many things to do that I'm undecided on what to tackle. That's always dangerous as it becomes too easy to just give up and go back to bed.

But I will try to stay up and just do something, anything really.

Hoping you're OK 🤞

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Yes I'm OK thanks @NatureLover . I'd fixed the leak overnight (after initially blaming the cat) and hoped the plumber would do a more lasting job.

If you're undecided just go with the flow and enjoy!
