Ok Karen, what are you doing now, right this minute, i am watching insight,, listening to music and talking to you, the weather is humid, we have rain comming, and i just had some carrot cake.

Karen if you like how about we talk about something you are looking forward to in the future, or what the girls are up to or have comming up?

Karen focus on your breathing, try to distract, do some mandala, even if you don't feel like it, you need to distract your mind, maybe even do some knitting or sewing or embroidery, something that you have to use your hands, something that you do not have to really concentrate, but have to focus on.

Wow the flinders ranges are so nice, it is a good show restoration australia, seeing all those beautiful old buildings being restored to their former glory, learning about the history too.

Lol, yes i make all sorts of cakes, i wanted to be a pastry Chef, i don't know if i told you, it has been years since i have made a cake because we had no oven, now we have one, and mum will not let me use it.  i think it is the new and shiny thing, she is trying to keep it looking like new.

I will tell her when you arrive it will be a roast with all the trimmings, lol

lamb or pork with roast potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, onion, turnip, mint peas and a home made gravy!!!!!!
