Hi @Shaz51. I see you're everywhere. Either that or there's three of you. Wouldn't that be good sometimes?

I went for a long walk this morning. Half an hour with my dog then another hour and a half where I tackled some hills just to mix it up a bit and provide a challenge. Then I came home and cooked some chicken for a couple of this week's dinners? Having some lunch out with my kids today so I am really looking forward to that. 

How is everyone? Enjoying their Sunday I hope.

Trying to keep upbeat about this weekend @Shaz51 @soul bit of a bummer really, had a massive week of draining appointments and upheavels with daughter. Had a weekend away which had been planned for months with all my mates, but yet again to exshausted to go, couldn't face the packing and sleeping on ground in my swag. Everything is aching after my week, cannot find the balance at all.

But tried to enjoy last night at home watching tv. I watched a really happy movie last night on sbs at midnight called Sunshine on Leith. Musical featuring Proclaimer's songs and living life in Edinburgh. If you can watch this one do it, loved the singing and the story about a family. had me toe tapping and singing along 🙂

After church this morning and a quick lunch at home, I had an afternoon out with my twins to visit some old friends .... that was really nice ....

Home now and looking at my painting.  WH has been cactus today .... even if I don't paint I'm happy to just sit outside for an hour or two till he's asleep.  It's a lovely evening, and still early over here.
